Dan Perrotti, CRPC is the President and founder of Perrotti Partners, LLC. In 1984 he began his career in financial services after having managed an insurance office for Metropolitan Life. He develops comprehensive financial plans to help clients achieve their goals and objectives. He advises clients on asset allocation, income analysis, and stock and bond portfolios.
Dan graduated with honors from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania in 1981. He furthered his education at Wharton with the Executive Education program in 1994. He was previously a First Vice President of Investments at both Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley, where he earned the Financial Planning Specialist designation, and has serviced clientele as a financial advisor for over 25 years. Dan is also a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). He served in the US Navy for four years and was honorably discharged in 1979.
Today, Dan and his wife Nancy live on a small farm in rural Lebanon County. They are members of PASA (Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture) and are strong advocates of organic vegetable gardening, clean energy practices, and environmental conservation. Dan is both a Master Gardener and Master Well Owner and volunteers in Lebanon County. He is a member of St. Francis de Sales Church. He is also the proud grandfather of three grandsons.

Daniel Perrotti Jr. is the Vice-President and co-founder of Perrotti Partners, LLC. He began his career in the financial services industry in 2002 as a Registered Marketing Associate with Smith Barney.
In 2005 he entered the Financial Advisor Associate training program. DJ has his Series 66, Uniform Combined State Law Exam, which allows him to manage client portfolios. He uses Exchange Traded Funds, equities, and fixed income products as part of his Investment Policy. He focuses on Financial and Retirement Planning.
DJ graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2001. He currently lives in Lebanon County with his wife Jen and their son. DJ enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors. He greatly enjoys fishing and is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.

Joshua P. Wells joined the firm as a Vice-President in July, 2010. Starting his financial career as a broker at Prudential Securities in 1999, he most recently served as a
Financial Advisor at PNC Investments. Josh carries series 7, 63 & 65 securities licenses as well as Life, Health and Annuity insurance licenses. For 18 years preceding his entry into the Financial Services industry, he owned and operated a small snack food distribution business. Being familiar with the challenges businesses face, he has helped many small businesses develop and implement retirement plans that are unique to their circumstances and needs.
His core mission, “Help clients grow, preserve and distribute their wealth in a tax-efficient manner.”
He and his wife Judy have resided in Ephrata for the last 27 years. Together they are active members of the Ephrata Rec Center and are avid skiers, golfers and bicyclists.
Melanie Blodgett started in the financial industry in 1988 as a customer service representative with Huntington National Bank. While there she worked her way to Assistant Branch Manager. She most recently worked at Smith Barney as a Senior Assistant Operations Manager. She has a strong background in client relations and office administration.
Melanie graduated cum laude with a degree in Government and International Relations from the University of Notre Dame. She currently resides in Lancaster County with her husband Barry and their two daughters. She is a member of St. James Church and enjoys attending her daughters’ horse shows and watching Notre Dame football.
